This interactive data exchange application (IDEA) tool was developed by Applied Pavement Technology, Inc. (APTech) for the North Dakota Aeronautics Commission. The following describes the requirements and instructions for viewing the contents of the IDEA tool.
Internet Browser Requirements
This IDEA tool is an HTML5-based tool that is designed to be viewed within modern internet browsers supporting HTML5. While it should effectively run in any modern web browser supporting HTML5, development and testing has specifically been completed using these common browsers: Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
